​Embark on a culinary journey with Chef Joel Johnson 

"Chef Jay’s Table” is an exclusive 10-course culinary experience that highlights Chef Joel Johnson’s journey throughout his career. The meticulously curated menu will feature his favorite cuisines, signature dishes, and culinary inspirations, offering guests a taste of his artistry. Each course will be expertly paired with wine and sake to enhance the dining experience.

 

The event is limited to an intimate seating of 20 guests per night, with tickets priced at $250 per person. In support of a meaningful cause, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to The Bahamas Children’s Emergency Hostel.

 

Guidelines

Arrival & Timing:

The Chef’s Table experience begins promptly at 7:00 PM. Guests arriving

15 minutes late will receive the next available course; missed courses will not be served. Arrivals 20 minutes or later past service time will result in automatic reservation cancellation without notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to late arrivals.

Menu & Dietary Restrictions:

The menu is thoughtfully curated, and no substitutions or modifications will be accommodated. Dishes may contain shellfish, beef, fish, dairy, soy, and gluten.

 

 Dress Code:

This dining experience follows a strict dress code. Guests are expected to wear sophisticated smart-casual attire. Short pants and slippers will not be permitted.
